A radial and radical garden design

Bespoke gazebo.
This area in front of the gazebo catches the last rays of sun so would be the ideal place for a small table and chairs. This area is surrounded by planting so has a rather secluded feel.
This decking bridge allows easy access to the lawn. Small gaps will be left in between the boards to enable you to see the water beneath.
Curved boards separate 1 metre lengths of decking which radiate spoke-like from the centre point. They can be natural or stained.
Swing seat or arbour to be constructed from timber (telegraph poles option). Poles tall enough to screen the window next door.
The planting in this space needs to be at least 2 metres tall, if it is to screen the proposed houses beyond the boundary fence. Planting one or two small trees would also help to screen garden seat.
The seat becomes the focal point from the sun deck. The seat can be substituted for a sculpture if desired.
The pergola is constructed from wood (upright posts) and copper piping (overhead beams). Other materials can be used.
