Courseworks Design and Build was established in the 1989 and has a reputation as one of the countries leading specialist garden designers, experienced in creating high quality gardens for both private and commercial clients.

The company has responded to the discerning needs of their clients over many years and has successfully designed and built gardens ranging in style and size from a traditional rural landscape to a contemporary urban environment - each with the same dedication to detail and finish.

In 2001, the design team led by Patrick Garland, won the prestigious Tudor Rose Award and Gold Medal at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show for their highly innovative and original 'Urban Chic' Garden for Mitsubishi.

In 2002, the company worked in partnership with the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds and Severn Trent Water at the Chelsea Flower Show in order to create an environmentally friendly garden with the emphasis on the effects of climate change and sustainability and with a predominantly wildlife theme.
